This October: Healing Goes Further Than Your Own Plate

This October: Healing Goes Further Than Your Own Plate

Posted by Feelings Found on

We know firsthand that eating disorder recovery is about so much more than food. It’s about dismantling the shame, the stigma, and the impossible standards that keep so many people from accessing care in the first place.

That’s why, from October 1–31, we’re donating 20% of all Intuitive Eating Guide proceeds to Project HEAL.

Why Project Heal?

Project HEAL is a nonprofit working to break down systemic, healthcare, and financial barriers to eating disorder treatment. They connect people with the care they deserve, whether that’s through insurance navigation, financial assistance, or fighting the inequities in a system that far too often fails those most in need.

Why This Matters

  • Eating disorders don’t discriminate. They affect people of every race, size, gender identity, and income level.
  • Treatment is not equally accessible. Many who need care can’t afford it, aren’t covered by insurance, or are told their bodies aren’t “sick enough” to qualify.
  • Recovery is possible, but not without support. And support should not be a privilege reserved for a few.

When you purchase our Intuitive Eating Guide this month, you’re not only investing in your own healing journey. You’re directly contributing to a more accessible path to recovery for someone else.
