Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship anywhere in the United States.
  • Shipping is $9.99 flat rate for standard orders.
  • Standard delivery typically takes around 7 business days.

International Shipping:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. One alternative that we can recommend is looking into package forwarding services that allow you to purchase from US-based companies and have your order shipped outside of the US via the third party service. One that we have heard good things about is Planet Express. We hope this is helpful and thank you for supporting our work from afar!

Back in Stock Notifications:

  • Products are restocked regularly.
  • If a product you want is out of stock, email us at hello@feelingsfound.com and we can provide an estimate for restocking timeline. 

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • The cost of shipping for the original order is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure successful delivery of your returned item. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item if it gets lost during transit.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7 days from receipt of product ffor the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us upon receipt.
  • We will require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item.
  • Once the damage is verified, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, including the shipping costs.
