California’s Proposition 65 (formally the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide a warning if their products may expose consumers to even trace amounts of certain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

Many everyday items—from household goods to furniture and even paper products—carry this notice because some materials, inks, or coatings can contain very small amounts of these regulated substances.

At this time, we have not confirmed that our products contain any of these substances above the Prop 65 “safe harbor” levels. However, because our items are printed and laminated, and out of an abundance of caution, we are providing this notice to remain transparent and compliant with California law.
