This August: Support Survivors Through Emotional Tools

This August: Support Survivors Through Emotional Tools

Posted by Feelings Found on

At Feelings Found, we know that emotions don’t just live in our minds. They live in our bodies, too.

The tight chest. The clenched jaw. The pit in your stomach. Recognizing those sensations is often the first step toward healing, especially for survivors of trauma.

That’s why, from August 1–31, we’re donating 20% of all Body Sensations Wheel proceeds to RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), the largest anti-sexual violence organization in the U.S.

Why RAINN?

RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline, provides survivor-centered education and advocacy, and works to ensure survivors are believed, supported, and protected. They’ve helped more than 3 million people since 1994 and their work is more critical than ever.

Why This Matters

Our Body Sensations Wheel were created to help people reconnect to their bodies in safe, accessible ways.

For many trauma survivors, the body can feel like a battleground. This tool helps people name what they’re feeling physically (without judgment) and offers a gentle starting point for self-awareness, grounding, and care.

By purchasing this wheel during August, you’re not just investing in emotional wellness. You’re helping create a world where healing is possible and support is available.

Update: Final Donation Total

After wrapping our campaign, we’re proud to share that we raised $40.63 for RAINN, thanks to you. Every dollar is going toward providing survivor-centered education and advocacy.
